The first three DVD’s, Moose Madness 1, 2, and 3, are each about 100 minutes in length, giving the viewer five hours of sound, action-packed instructional video on moose hunting & calling. Each section builds on the knowledge gained in previous sections, and the viewer gets to see live moose throughout, whether they be cow moose introducing their calves to water, or bulls grunting, digging rut pits, and/or beating up bushes while coming into the call. These three videos are filled with expert calling & hunt setup instruction along with sound advice on how to handle bull responses in the field. You get to see all this in action because the instruction is accompanied by exciting moose video designed to take you along the road to become an expert moose hunter & caller.

The Moose Madness Bonus DVD is a 63 minute, fun-packed addition to the educational package. Here you get to meet the key players in the making of the series, watch a couple of actual hunts, learn some different field dressing techniques, and review some considerations about equipment that can be useful on a hunt.

DVD’s Easy To Navigate – Move Effortlessly To The Section You Want To View!

All DVD’s are set up to be easy to navigate in that they each have a ‘First Play’ scene that leads to a Main Menu where the viewer can elect to re-play the First Play scene, play the Full DVD, or go to a Chapters Menu where he or she can select any particular chapter desired. This breakdown by ‘chapters’ makes it very easy to access any part of the series for review.

All Original Footage

All moose footage in the Gouthro’s Moose Madness Series is original film, filmed by either Alex or one of his friends, with the majority of film taken over the past six years. All script writing, talk head shoots, video editing, and DVD authoring was done by Alex; so, if you have any questions about the production of the Moose Madness Series or the DVD’s themselves, he will be happy to discuss them with you.
