We specialize in high quality sport fishing items and outdoor gear. We do not deal in seconds, open box, refurbished, or store returns.

All items are factory direct to you, delivered with the full manufacturer's warranties.

Please be aware that there are people on the Internet selling knockoffs and almost-new items that they claim to be new. We make an honest attempt to meet or beat any legitimate price.

If you do not find the item you are looking for in our store, send us an email and we will attempt to locate it for you at the lowest possible price.

Credit Cards

The Credit Card Statement Name "COMPUTERRES" is the name that will appear on your credit card statements.
No credit card information is stored on our servers.

Return Policy

Fishing Canada - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you.

You must contact us for a Returned Material Authorization number before returning products to us! Any package received without proper authorization, will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are accepted with in 10 days after you receive your item. the merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all of its paperwork, and any other items that came with it. The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the item is defective or damaged during shipment. You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

Our terms are exchange or credit only, with no refunds. Credit may be applied toward any of our products.
# We will not credit any products that are not returned in original condition.
We will not refund shipping costs unless we have made a shipping error.
If a shipping refund is necessary we will refund EXACTLY the amount that we charged you. We will not refund additional air mail express or overnight shipping costs.

All hooks, lurers, and plastic baits cannot be returned once they have been opened.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
There is a 20% restocking fee on special order items.
There is a 10% restocking fee on all other returns.

Shipping

All shipping is done by US Mail, or Canada Post ground unless other wise requested by purchaser at purchaser's expense. For Shipping to other countries you will be contact. The same applies for heavier or bulky items.

Items are only shipped to the address on the credit card, other arrangements can be made by contacting us. This is done to prevent credit card fraud.

Interested people must join our mailing list voluntarily from our web site or by responding to our invitation.
